There is a lot of talk these days about inflammation and health. Arthritis and cardiovascular health is a big part of this conversation. I won't bore you with the medical details, but believe me-it is important to address this condition and how you it could affect you. There are many ways to approach inflammation in your body-Indian culture uses Tumeric (which contains Curcumin, an natural anti inflammatory), regularly in their diets as well as Cinnamon, and Cayenne. I regularly drink Tumeric it added it to warm milk for good health. Fresh Ginger and Garlic are amazing for this as well! I regularly eat a clove or two of fresh Garlic at night and swear by it (and no it does not make you stinky!) I encourage you to do your own research on this and decide for yourself.
